摘要 研发了一种兼具抗冲击与多向耗能功能的新型阻尼器。该阻尼器可与抗风支座联合设置,应用于大跨桥梁以满足抗风、抗震的性能需求;应用于高铁桥梁可同时保证桥梁和行驶中列车的安全。介绍了其基本构造及工作机理。通过冲击试验验证了其稳定的抗冲击性能。通过控制加载频率、位移幅值、环境温度等参数对阻尼器的主要性能进行了试验研究,试验结果表明该阻尼器的滞回曲线饱满,耗能能力较好,属于速度相关型阻尼器;该阻尼器的力学模型可采用Maxwell模型进行描述,给出了相关参数的计算公式,计算结果与试验结果较吻合。阻尼液的粘度是影响耗能性能的重要因素,需选用温度稳定性好的粘滞材料。 A new type of damper is developed,which has the functions of shock resistance and multidirectional energy dissipation.The damper can be assembled with wind resistance bearing and applied in long-span bridges to meet the wind resistant and seismic performance requirements.When applied in high-speed railway bridges,the damper can ensure the safety of the bridge and the moving trains.The basic structure and working principle are introduced.The shock resistance is verified by impact test.Experimental studies on the performance of the damper with changing loading frequency,displacement amplitude and temperature are carried out.The test result shows that the hysteresis curves of the damper are plump,which indicates the damper has excellent energy dissipation capacity.It's a velocity dependent damper.The damper is studied with Maxwell theory.The calculating formulas of relevant parameters are given.The results between theory and experimental value show good consistency.The viscosity of the damping liquid is the important factor that affects the energy consumption performance.It is necessary to choose the viscous materials of good temperature stability.
