On 25th January 2017, a key speech（The Promise of Fintech： something new under the sun？） given to the Deutsche Bundesbank G20 conference on ＂Digitising finance, financial inclusion and financial literacy＂ in Wiesbaden,Mark Carney, the governor of the Bank of England and the chairman of the Financial Stability Board, confirmed the promising future of Fintech as an emerging innovation, reminding that adequate regulatory measures are still requisite in hope to ensure that financial market develops in a balanced way.
