Research on the Honest and Clean Education of Young College Teachers under the New Media Environment

新媒体环境下,高校发展越来越快,发展过程中暴露的腐败问题也越来越突出,其中不乏教学科研方面的不廉洁问题,严重影响高校校风建设,不利于高校人才培养目标的实现,而且对社会发展也造成非常恶劣的负面影响,为此非常有必要研究高校青年教师廉洁教育。本文主要阐述了新媒体环境下加强高校青年教师廉洁教育的重要性,针对当前高校青年教师廉洁教育缺位问题进行探讨,并提出了几点改善高校青年教师廉洁教育的建议。

Under the new media environment,higher colleges develop faster and faster,and the corruption problems exposed in the development process are also becoming more and more prominent. Among them,there is no lack of cleanliness in teaching and scientific research,which has seriously affected the construction of school ethos in higher colleges and is not conducive to the goal of personnel training in higher colleges.
