福建省高校体育教师形象的调查与研究——对福、厦、漳、泉分部高校为例

Investigation and Study on the Image of Sport Teachers in Higher Colleges of Fujian Province——Taking Part of Higher Colleges of Fuzhou,Xiamen,Quanzhou,Zhangzhou as an Example

本文通过对福建省内福州、厦门、漳州、泉州部分主要高校的大学生进行调查研究,结合数据分析总结了当前大学生对体育教师形象的期望主要包括:队伍年轻化,素质专业化,能力多样化等。提出当前高校体育教师需要提升自己的教学能力,表达能力,专业能力,同时,提高对自己仪容仪表,专业技能方面的要求,才能在教学过程中搭建与学生沟通的良好平台,顺利、高效地实现教学目标。

This paper focuses on the study of the current college students＇ expectations of PE teachers＇ image. The study investigates the college students in major universities of Fuzhou,Xiamen,Zhangzhou and Quanzhou in Fujian province,combined with data analysis; we found that students suppose their PE teachers to be more： younger,professional and full of other abilities. This paper proposes that： as a college PE teacher,one should improve their teaching ability,expression ability,professional ability,at the same time,improve his personal appearance,professional skills in the teaching process to set up a communication with students,and to achieve the teaching goal smoothly and efficiently.
