The Problems and Countermeasures of the Development of Local Normal Colleges and Universities under the Background of the Belt and Road Initiative

"一带一路"是我国倡导的积极推进欧亚大陆融合发展的伟大倡议构想。随着"一带一路"倡议的深化发展,区域经济发展对服务"一带一路"建设的人才需求日益增长。当前地方师范院校面临着小语种语言人才匮乏、教育基础性资源不足和"中西部陷阱"等困境。只有通过优化专业设置,强化师资队伍建设,调整高校布局,创新人才培养模式,才能充分发挥地方师范院校自身的优势,把握发展机遇,从根本上推进国家战略的实施。

＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂is strategic concept which is advocated in China to actively promote the integration and development of the Eurasian continent. With the deepening development of＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂strategy,the demand for talents of construction of＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂which belongs to regional economic development is growing.The plight of the lack of talent in the less popular language and basic educational resources and the＂Midwest trap＂the current local normal colleges and universities are facing. Only by optimizing professional settings,strengthening teaching staff construction,adjusting the layout of colleges and universities and innovating talents training mode,can we fully take the advantages of local normal universities to grasp development opportunities and fundamentally to promote the implementation of national strategies.
