The rapid development of information technology and the popularization of the network provide convenient conditions for the spread of network rumors. This paper analyzes the negative effects of network rumors on university campuses,and then takes practical and effective measures to improve the governance mechanism of network rumors. Constructing a harmonious campus environment is of great significance to promote the healthy development of university campuses.
