摘要
在健康提花布的设计织造时通常会因连续集圈次数过多、正反面纱线线圈长度配置不合理等因素造成织物强力差,影响织物的服用性能。文章主要从原料选择、组织结构、线圈长度配置3方面,分析影响健康提花布强力的编织工艺及参数,研究改善面料强力的工艺措施。通过调整针织工艺参数以及实际织造测试,最后总结出可以有效改善健康提花布强力的基本对策,对设计生产服用性能优良的健康提花布具有一定的指导作用。
In the design and knitting of healthy jacquard fabric, the fabric strength is poor due to too many consecutive tucks and improper face and reverse loop lengths, which affects the wearability of the fabric. This paper mainly analyzes the knitting technology and parameters affecting the strength of jacquard fabric from the aspects of raw material selection, structure and configuration of loop length, and studies the technological measures to improve fabric strength. Through the process parameters adjustment, actual knitting and performance testing, this paper presents the basic countermeasures for improving the strength of jacquard fabric, which has a certain guiding role for the design and production of healthy jacquard fabric with excellent wearability.
