This paper focuses on the seamless warp knitting production methods and related facilities in order to study the technological principle of warp knitting seamless underwear. Taking Karl Mayer RDPJ 6/2 double needle bar jacquard warp knitting machine as example, it introduces the constructions of typical machines, seamless warp knitting technology, the production process of warp knitting seamless underwear, the principle of seamless knitting,the double-needle jacquard knitting principle of the basic and special fabric structures and the notations. It provides positive guides for design and production of warp knitting seamless underwear.
