锦棉混纺织物固色工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 锦棉混纺织物中,由于两种纤维性能及占比、染色、固色工艺等存在较大差异,固色效果也不同。采用4种固色工艺,对棉、锦纶、氨纶混纺织物(混纺比为60∶35∶5)及锦纶、棉、氨纶(混纺比为60∶35∶5)进行固色,并对其固色效果进行分析对比。结果表明:在相同条件下,对锦棉混纺织物而言,采用单活性固色(锦纶)工艺的固色效果最好,其次为单酸性固色工艺,再次为活性+酸性固色工艺,单活性固色(棉)工艺最差。 Due to the great difference in the performance, blending ration and fixing process of two kinds of blended fibers with cotton and nylon, and the different in fixing effect four kinds of fixing technology are used to fix the color of cotton, nylon and spandex blended fabric(blended ratio is 60∶35∶5) and nylon, cotton and spandex blend fabric(blending ratio is 60∶35∶5),and the fixing effect is analyzed and compared. The results show that under the same conditions, the two kinds of blended fabrics have the best fixing effect with the single-active fixing(nylon) process, the second one is the single-acid fixing process, the last one is the active plus acid fixing process,and single activity fixing(cotton) is the worst.
