摘要
介绍可穿戴设备的物联网技术,从硬件技术、设计原理、面料、款式、色彩以及温度监测元件安装位置等方面,采用NFC温度记录标签,详细介绍基于NFC技术的温度监测童装设计。以非接触式红外温度计测试为对照试验,进行温度监测功能测试,分别测试额头、腋下、手心及后背的温度。结果表明,感温元件的测试数据与对照组测试数据的相对误差在-0.9%~2.7%,证明传感器有效实用,且NFC监测元件置于腋下时测试结果的相对误差较均匀,适合作为服装分区设计的参考部位。
It introduces the internet of things technology for wearable devices, and the NFC technology based design of children's clothing with temperature monitoring function, and presents in detail the NFC temperature recording label from hardware technology, design principle, fabric, styles, colors and installation position of temperature monitoring element. Then using non-contact infrared thermometer as control test, it tests the temperature monitoring function including the temperature of forehead, armpit, the palm and the back of the hand. The results show that the relative error between the tested data of the temperature-sensing element and the control group is-0.9%-2.7%,which indicates the sensor is effective and practical. And the relative error is evenly distributed when NFC monitoring element is placed on the armpit, which is suitable for the reference part of clothing design.
