摘要
N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)常被用于腈纶、氨纶纤维定量分析,具有良好的热稳定性和化学稳定性,但回收利用率低、污染环境、危害人体健康。文中对减压精馏法回收的DMF进行红外光谱和气相色谱分析,并将回收的DMF用于腈纶混纺织物、氨纶混纺织物的定量分析,并与分析纯DMF对比。结果表明,减压精馏法回收的DMF中不含有丙烯腈和聚氨酯,纯度接近分析纯DMF,可用于腈纶混纺面料及氨纶混纺面料的定量分析,纤维含量测试结果在允差范围内,近似分析纯DMF,实现了DMF的循环利用,提高了资源循环利用率,降低环境二次污染和成本。
DMF was often used in the acrylic and spandex fiber quantitative analysis because of its good thermal stability and chemical stability. However, its recycling rate was low, and especially it was bad for environment and human's health. The paper studied DMF recycled by decompression distillation and made characterization by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and gas chromatography. The recovered DMF was used for fiber quantitative analysis of acrylic blended fabric and spandex blended fabric, which was compared with analytical pure DMF. The results show that the DMF recycled by decompression distillation does not contain acrylonitrile and polyurethane,and the purity is close to the analysis of pure DMF. It can be used for quantitative analysis of spandex blended fabric and acrylic blended fabric, and the results are within the tolerance range and approximate analysis of pure DMF It realizes the recycle of DMF, and improves the utilization of resource, and reduces the secondary pollution and cost.
