摘要
元坝气田集输工程自动化控制技术是整个气田的大脑和眼睛,及时发现问题并进行优化改造对整个气田的安全平稳运行有着至关重要的作用。以元坝高含硫气田自动化控制技术为研究对象,深入分析目前元坝气田地面集输工程自动化存在的系统污水管线运行不畅、现场仪表误报频发等9项问题,基于自控设计原理、站场设计理念,对元坝气田集输系统自动化控制系统进行了联锁仪表、关键阀门以及关键控制器等9个方面的改造。现场运用表明,自动化控制系统改造后效果较为明显,大大降低了站场意外关断等事故的发生。本文研究为不仅保证了元坝气田自动化控制技术更加平稳,也为高含硫气田的管理提供了有利的保障。
The automatic control technology of the gathering and transportation project of Yuanba Gas Field is the brain and eyes of the entire gas field. Finding the problem in time, then optimizing and correcting are of vital importance to the safe and stable operation of the entire gas field. Taking the automatic control technology of Yuanba high - sulfur gas field as research object, in - depth analyzing of the 9 existing problems in the automation of Yuanba gas field gathering and transportation project, such as poor operation of system sewer lines and frequent misreporting of field instruments, basing on the principle of automatic control design and the design concept of the gas field, the 9 problems including interlocking instruments, key valves and key controllers of the automation control system of Yuanba Gas Field gathering and transportation system was modified. The on - site application shows that the effect is obvious after the automatic control system modification, which greatly reduces accidents such as accidental shutdown of the gas field. The research in this thesis not only ensures that the automation technology of Yuanba Gasfield is more stable, but also provides a favorable guarantee for the management of high - sulfur gas fields.
