摘要
随着社会人口老龄化不断加剧,康复器具辅具在功能障碍人群中的使用日益广泛。腋拐作为常用康复辅具,其质量直接关系到使用者的安全。目前市场上的腋拐型号不一,因此测试不同尺寸腋拐的手柄冲击强度成为一大难点。本文研究设计了一款腋拐冲击强度试验设备,采用电磁铁通断电来吸起、释放重锤的方式进行腋拐手柄冲击试验。在控制方面,冲击试验机人机交互界面分为自动和手动模式。本文还介绍了执行气缸和抱紧气缸的控制气路以及设备控制原理,并进行了气缸和电机的选型计算。最后采用试验机开展一系列腋拐冲击强度试验,证明设计的合理性与可行性。
With the aging of the population continuously deepened and intensified, Rehabilitation AIDS are increasingly used by people with functional disabilities. As a commonly used rehabilitation AIDS, the quality of axillary crutch is directly related to the safety of the user. At present, the model of the axillary crutch in the market is various, so it is a difficult problem to test the impact strength of its handle with different size. Therefore, The test equipment for the impact strength of axillary crutch is designed in this paper. Theelectromagnet is used to control the heavy hammer lifting and falling by power on and off. In the aspect of control, the automatic mode and manual mode can be chosen through the touch screen. This paper briefly introduces the control gas path of the actuating cylinder and the tight cylinder as well as the control principle of the equipment. The model selection of cylinder and motor are also obtained by calculation. Finally, a series of experiments have been carried out on the testing machine proving that the design of the test machine is reasonable and feasible.
