本文对冶金行业中普遍使用的高位料仓电子配料秤,就实现自校准及期间核查工作中存在的选择工作标准(核查标准)困难,劳动强度大、人工成本高、安全风险大等具体问题的解决过程。

In this thesis, concerned with the electronic batching scales with overhead bin which are commonly used in the metallurgical industry, we put forward the solutions for the existing difficult problems such as difficulties in selecting the working standards （ verification standards） to implement self - calibration and intermediate verifica- tion, high labor intensity, huge personnel cost, and big safety risks.
