This thesis introduces the different requirements for the tolerance dimension of screw thread plug gauges under the different testing standard systems for the U.S. Unified screw thread. Taking the calculation of pitch diameter of the U.S. unified srew thread plug gauge as an example, the differences in the conformity determination are described.
