臭氧-光降解-碳纤维处理石化RO浓水 被引量:1

摘要 针对石化行业的超滤/反渗透(reverse osmosis,RO)浓水处理问题,选取天津某港石化公司RO膜生产车间产生的RO浓水,采用臭氧-光降解-碳纤维处理技术,进行中试试验。结果表明:最佳pH值为8~9,臭氧最佳投加质量浓度为10.0~13.3 mg/L;系统最终出水COD的质量浓度小于40 mg/L,累计NH3-N去除率最高为44.6%,SS达到一级排放标准;处理RO浓水的成本为2.1元/t;增加内回流比,可以提高NH3-N去除率;碳纤维装置进水pH值为8时,吸附效率最高。 Aiming at the treatment of petrochemical RO concentrated water,the technique of O3-photodegradationcarbon fiber was used to treat the wastewater from a petrochemical corporation in Tianjin and a pilot-scale experiment was carried out. The results show that the optimum pH value is 8 - 9 and the optimum concentration of O3 is 10. 0 - 13. 3 mg/L. COD concentration of the final effluent is less than 40 mg/L,the maximum NH3-N removal rate is 44. 6%,and the SS reaches the first grade discharge standard. The operating cost of RO concentrated water is 2. 1 CNY per ton. The removal rate of NH3-N can be increased by increasing the internal reflux ratio. When the pH value of the intake water of the carbon fiber device is 8,the adsorption efficiency is the highest.
