摘要
简述了电炉冶炼不锈钢过程中钢水铬元素损失的影响因素以及控制方法,并对上一年度电炉出钢铬收得率进行统计分析,研究钢水中Si含量和钢渣碱度对钢水中铬收得率的影响。结果表明:当钢水中w(Si)>2.1%时,钢水的铬收得率平均值超过95%;当钢渣碱度高于1.4时,钢水的铬收得率平均值高于95%。生产实践中将电炉钢水Si的质量分数控制在2.1%~2.3%,电炉钢渣碱度控制在1.4~1.6范围内时,Cr收得率平均值由改进前的94.1%上升至95.4%,取得了良好的效果。
This paper focused on research factors and control methods of chromium losses during the smelting process in the electric furnace, and studied the silicon content and slag basicity on chromium yield through statistical analysis of chromium yield in tapping of electric furnace in last year. When the silicon content is above 2.1% or basicity of slag is above 1.4, the chromium yield is above 95%. In production practice, when Si content is between 2.1%~2.3% and slag basicity between 1.4~1.6%, the chromium yield is increased from 94.1% to 95.4%, obtaining good effect.
