摘要
主要探讨液膜萃取法处理冶金氨氮废水的研究。结果显示,在选用10%ME作为表面活性剂,pH值选择11~12,w(H_2SO_4)=10%,油内比为1∶1,乳水比为1∶8时,在常温下选用高压静电破乳法进行破乳并通过二级处理后,冶金废水中的氨氮含量可达到国家一级排放标准,值得推广与实践应用。
The treatment of ammonia nitrogen wastewater by li quid membrane extraction was studied in this paper.The results show that when the pH value of 10%ME as surfactant is 11~12,w(H2SO4)=10%, the ratio of oil to oil is 1 ∶1,and the ratio of emulsion to water is 1 ∶8,the high voltage electrostatic demulsification method is used to demulsify at room temperature and secondary treatment is conducted. The ammonia nitrogen content in metallurgical wastewater can reach the national first class discharge standard,so it is worth popularizing and practical application.
