降料面喷补造衬在长钢9号高炉的实践应用

摘要 通过对长钢9号高炉采用打水空料线停炉法修补无冷区以及复风过程进行总结,空料线耗时5 h,实现安全、快速、经济、准确的目标。复风通过对炉温、碱度、上下部调剂等实现快速稳定恢复,喷涂造衬取得了停炉时间短、炉况恢复快,高炉指标明显改善。 Through the summary of the cold zone recovery and reblowing process by furnace shutdown in descending stockline of No. 9 blast furnace of Changzhi Steel, the descending stockline takes 5 h, so as to achieve a safe, rapid,economical and accurate target. The recovery of temperature, alkalinity and the upper and lower parts of the furnace is fast and stable. The gunning lining has obtained the short time of furnace shutdown and fast recovery of the furnace.And the index of the blast furnace is obviously improved.
