摘要
针对转炉冶炼高碳钢存在的炉底波动较大、低脱磷率、难以控制喷溅等问题,从控制留渣量、对供氧和底吹气体的强度进行调整、控制回磷和终点控制这四方面对转炉冶炼高碳钢工艺进行优化,确保了留渣的数量,杜绝了过氧化渣的存在,从而实现了既留碳又脱磷的双重目标,及时把控了化渣现象和回磷现象,极大地提高了转炉冶炼高碳钢的合格率和通过率。
Aiming at the bottom fluctuations, low dephosphorization rate, and difficult control the splash and other issues of high-carbon steel in converter smelting, from the four aspects of slag volume control, oxygen supply and bottom gas blowing intensity adjustment, phosphorus recovery control and end-point control, the smelting process of high-carbon steel was optimized to ensure the quantity of slag and eliminate the peroxide residue, in order to achieve the dual goals of carbon conservation and dephosphorization, and timely control of slagging phenomenon and rephosphorization phenomenon, and greatly improve the qualified rate and pass rate of smelting high-carbon steel in converter.
