以症求因的中医神志病学案例式教学实践初探 被引量:1

摘要 中医神志病专业人才十分匮乏,成为阻碍中医药防治特色与优势的主要因素,因此大力加强中医神志病学教育教学实践与探索具有重要意义。基于神志疾病独特的发病特点、证候特征,在教学实践中强调以症状为核心的中医神志病学临床教学辨治思维,注重"以症求因"案例式教学与中医神志病学课程特点的契合性,有助于帮助学生提高分析和解决问题的能力,掌握神志病临床辨治方法,有利于培养学生神志病临床辨治思维。 The lack of professional talents in mental disease TCM is a major factor that hinders the characteristics and advantages of TCM. It is of great significance to strengthen the teaching practice and exploration of the mental disease TCM. Based on the unique pathogenesis and syndrome characteristics of the mental disease, in the course of teaching practice, to emphasize the clinical teaching syndrome differentiation thinking with symptoms as the core, notice the fit between the case teaching practice of identifying symptom to determine pathogeny and the course characteristics, can help students to improve their analysis and problem-solving ability, and to master the method of clinical diagnosis and treatment of mental disease.
