摘要
随着科学文化知识的不断普及与城市化进程的加深,再加上近几年的环境、食品等问题的频出,人们对健康的重视程度也愈渐增加,药膳也走进了人们的视野,成为人们日常养生手段中的一种。探索如何提高全国各高校药膳课程的教学质量,提高实践与应用能力已是必然的趋势。伴随互联网+的东风,互联网教学已经广泛应用到教育学领域。结合慕课在教育领域的优势,深入研究慕课在药膳学中的应用与实践。
With the increasing popularity and city scientific and cultural knowledge in the process of deepening, coupled with recent years, the environment and food problems such as frequent, people pay more attention to the health also gradually increased, diet also entered people's field of vision, as a means of health in the people's daily. It is an inevitable trend to explore how to improve the teaching quality of medical courses in Colleges and universities. With the Internet +, internet teaching has been widely applied to the field of education. Combined with the advantages of MOOC in the field of education, this paper studied the application and practice of MOOC in the diet science.
