慕课背景下重点学科建设的关键在于学科师资队伍的建设,二者相互依存。创造优良的学术氛围、形成协调的人际关系是师资队伍建设的必要条件;师资队伍建设中要充分重视队伍的结构优化,促进学科交叉融合,高度重视学术骨干和学术带头人的选拔和培养工作,注重教学与科研相结合,同时要把终生学习及掌握教育领域中的新理念、新知识、新技术,作为对重点学科师资队伍的基本要求。

The hinge of the development of the key subjects under the background of MOOC is the building of a faculty group. These two factors depend on each other. The important factors of the building of a faculty group include the development of an excellent educational environment and the form of healthy faculty relationships. In the process of building a group of excellent faculty, we need to focus on the group＇s excellent structure, promote the mix of subjects, pay high attention to the election, raise educational leaders,and lay emphasis on the mix of academic and research. At the same time, we need to put lifelong learning, new educational concepts,new knowledge, and new techniques as the main requirements for the faculty group.
