摘要
急性颈痛以指针点压远隔部位[1](一般位于手背侧二三掌骨之间)压痛点,同时嘱患者配合颈部运动,对缓解颈部疼痛及颈部运动受限,疗效立竿见影,然因指针点穴而出现晕针样反应者,临床罕见。本文介绍1例急性颈痛患者以指压远端阿是穴治疗过程中出现头晕、目眩、眼前发黑、恶心欲吐、面色苍白、头部及周身冷汗出等类似晕针反应症状及其转归。
Acute neck pain with a finger point of the remote site（usually located in the back of the palm of the hand between the two palm） tenderness point, while urging the patient with the neck movement. To ease the neck pain and neck movement is limited,the effect of immediate. However, there has no report acupressure resulting in fainting. A case of acute neck pain patients with remote acupressure living acupoint the treatment of the process of dizziness, eyes black, nausea to spit, pale, head and the whole body cold sweating and other similar halo reaction symptoms and their outcome.
