肝脂溶颗粒对非酒精性脂肪肝模型大鼠血清Leptin表达的影响

Influence of Ganzhirong Granule on the Expression of Serum Leptin in Rats with Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Model

目的验证肝脂溶颗粒对非酒精性脂肪肝模型大鼠血清Leptin表达的影响。方法观察肝脂溶颗粒对实验性大鼠血清Leptin表达的影响。结果高剂量组大鼠血清Leptin的含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);中剂量组大鼠血清Leptin的含量与对照组比较(P>0.05)差异无统计学意义;低剂量组大鼠血清Leptin的含量高于高、中剂量组及对照组(P<0.05)。结论肝脂溶颗粒具有改善NAFLD大鼠瘦素抵抗的作用。

Objective Through the experimental study verified liver fat soluble therapeutic effect of particles on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and to explore its mechanism, to provide a scientific basis for clinical expansion application. Methods Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease induced by rat model by high cholesterol diet, the effect of Ganzhirong granules on the serum Leptin in experimental rats was observed. Results The Leptin content in serum of rats in high dose group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Serum Leptin rats dose content compared with the control group（ P〈0.05）. The content of serum Leptin in rats of low dose group is higher than that of high dose group, middle dose group and the control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ganzhirong granule can improve the NAFLD rat leptin resistance.
