藿香正气口服液合诺氟沙星治疗AGE分析

Analysis on Huoxiang Zhengqi Oral Liquid Combined with Norfloxacin in the Treatment of Acute Gastroenteritis

目的分析藿香正气口服液联合诺氟沙星在急性胃肠炎治疗中的应用效果,为临床安全、有效、合理的使用药物提供依据。方法选取消化内科2016年2月—2017年2月收治的有完整诊疗记录的急性胃肠炎患者72例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其平均分为诺氟沙星联合藿香正气口服液治疗组与诺氟沙星对照组,每组各36例。2组患者均常规给予口服补液盐、5%葡萄糖盐水静脉滴注以纠正电解质紊乱及维持酸碱平衡。3 d为1个疗程,对比2组患者的临床症状改善情况与治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,对照组治疗总有效率为77.78%(28/36);治疗组总有效率为94.44%(34/36),2组比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。同时在改善临床腹泻、腹痛、发热、呕吐等症状所需的时间上,治疗组用时更短(P<0.05)。结论藿香正气口服液联合诺氟沙星治疗急性胃肠炎的临床效果显著优于单独使用诺氟沙星治疗,其能够促进康复进程,减轻患者痛苦,无明显不良反应,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of Huoxiang Zhengqi oral liquid combined with norfloxacin in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis and provide the basis for the safe, effective and rational use of drugs. Methods 72 cases of acute gastroenteritis patients with complete diagnosis and treatment records admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the research objects and divided into norfloxacin and Huoxiang Zhengqi oral liquid treatment group and norfloxacin control group.Two groups of patients were routinely given oral rehydration salts, 5% glucose saline intravenous infusion to correct electrolyte disorders and maintain acid-base balance. 3 days was a course of treatment. The improvement on the clinical symptoms and the curative effect was compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the control group was 77.78%（ 28/36）, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.44%（ 34/36）. Comparing with the control group, the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. At the same time, the clinical diarrhea, abdominal pain, fever, vomiting and other symptoms required time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Huoxiang Zhengqi oral liquid combined with norfloxacin in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis has significantly better than the single use of norfloxacin treatment in clinical effect, which can promote the rehabilitation process, reduce patient pain, has no obvious adverse reactions and a certain promotion. It is worthy of application.
