雷火灸治疗血栓性外痔的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Thunder Fire Moxibustion in the Treatment of Thrombotic External Hemorrhoids

目的观察应用雷火灸治疗血栓性外痔的疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的患者随机分为3组:试验组、熏洗组及灸法组,试验组应用雷火灸治疗,熏洗组应用肛肠熏洗药治疗,灸法组应用艾灸治疗,每天治疗1次,每次治疗25 min,共治疗8 d。结果 3组患者治疗后主要症状的积分比较经统计学分析有显著性差异,3组患者的总体疗效比较经统计学分析有显著差异,并且试验组的疗效优于其他两组。结论应用雷火灸技术治疗血栓性外痔不仅疗效确切,而且操作简便、便于携带、患者无痛苦,适合于临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of using thunder fire moxibustion on thrombotic external hemorrhoids. Methods The patients of conform to the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into experimental group, fumigation group and moxibustion group. The experimental group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion. The fumigation group was treated with anorectal fumigation in our hospital. The moxibustion group was treated with moxibustion. Treatment was carried out 1 time per day for 25 mins for a total of 8 days. Results The integral comparison of the main symptoms after treatment in the three groups was statistically significant. The overall efficacy of the three groups was statistically significant, and the efficacy of the experimental group had better than the other two groups. Conclusion The thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of thrombotic external hemorrhoids has satisfactory effect, it is easy to operate, portable and painless, and is suitable for clinical application.
