中西医结合治疗与护理干预首发精神分裂症的疗效

The Curative Effect of Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy and Nursing Intervention for Patients with First-episode Schizophrenia

目的分析中西医结合治疗联合护理对首发精神分裂症患者的疗效。方法将收治的首发精神分裂症患者138例纳入研究,按照入院时间以单双号方式分为对照组与研究组,每组各69例。对照组患者给予利培酮药物进行治疗,研究组患者则在利培酮药物治疗基础上结合中药解郁开窍丸进行治疗及护理干预。对比2组患者的临床效果及不良反应。结果 2组患者治疗后在PANSS评分上与治疗前比较均明显下降,但研究组明显优于对照组,P<0.05;研究组治疗总有效率为92.75%,高于对照组76.81%,P<0.05。研究组TESS评分(3.04±0.22)分,低于对照组(4.79±0.75)分,P<0.05。结论中西医结合护理可明显改善首发精神分裂症患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果,减少不良反应的发生率,加快患者恢复进度。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy and nursing intervention for patients with first-episode schizophrenia. Methods 138 patients with first-episode schizophrenia who were admitted to our hospital were included in the study, and they were divided into control group and study group by single and double numbers in the admission time, with 69 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with risperidone. The patients in the study group were treated with risperidone combined with traditional Chinese medicine Jieyu Kaiqiao pills and nursing intervention on the basis of risperidone. The clinical effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, both groups showed a significant decrease in PANSS score and before treatment, but comparing with the control group, the study group was significantly better than the control group P〈0.05. The total effective rate was 92.75%. The total effective rate in the control group was 76.81% P〈0.05. TESS score of the study group and the control group was（3.04 ±0.22） and（4.79±0.75） respectively P〈0.05. Conclusion The combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy and nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with first-episode schizophrenia and the therapeutic effect, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve the recovery progress of patients.
