穴位贴敷疗法联合耳穴埋豆治疗冠心病的综合护理分析

Analysis on the Comprehensive Care of Acupoint Sticking Therapy Combined with Auricular Point Sticking in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨穴位敷贴疗法联合耳穴埋豆综合护理在冠心病治疗中的应用效果。方法将收治的72例冠心病患者随机分为2组(n=36),对照组实施常规治疗与护理,研究组加用穴位敷贴与耳穴埋豆疗法,并联合综合护理干预,比较2组患者的临床症状及生活质量改善效果。结果研究组干预后的中医证候评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组干预后的健康指数、情感分值、生活满意度、一般情感指数评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者联合应用穴位敷贴、耳穴埋豆及综合护理干预能够有效缓解临床症状,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application therapy combined with auricular point sticking in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods 72 cases of coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment and nursing, and the study group was given acupoint application therapy combined with auricular point sticking and comprehensive nursing intervention. The clinical symptoms and quality of life improved effect was compared. Results The TCM syndrome score of the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0.05）. The health index, emotional score, life satisfaction and general affective index score of the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The acupoint application therapy combined with auricular point sticking and integrated nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
