钙质沉积与房颤发生机制的相关性研究

摘要 心房颤动(AF)可简称为房颤,是一种因为心房不协调活动而导致心房机械功能恶化为特征的快速性心律失常,其发病率随着年龄的增长而急剧增加,已成为当今危害人口健康的重要因素之一。房颤可诱发栓塞,使脑卒中风险明显增加。长期房颤会导致房室扩大,加重心肌损害,使心功能下降,致死致残率大幅增加。因此,发病机制的研究对房颤的治疗有重要意义。房颤的发生可由多种原因引起,炎症反应、心房重构、氧化应激、micro RNA及钙离子通道异常等均与房颤的发生关系密切,而本文旨在通过近年来中西医的研究进展,探讨钙质沉积与房颤发生的相关性。 Atrial fibrillation(AF) can be referred to as atrial fibrillation, is a kind of coordination because of atrial activity caused rapid arrhythmia characterized by deterioration of atrial mechanical function, the incidence rate increased with age and increased rapidly, has become one of the important factor of the harm to the health of the population. Atrial fibrillation can induce embolism,which makes the risk of stroke increase obviously. Long term atrial fibrillation can cause enlargement of atrioventricular, aggravate myocardial damage, decrease the function of heart, and increase the mortality of death to a large extent. Therefore, the study of pathogenesis is of great significance to the treatment of atrial fibrillation. The incidence of atrial fibrillation may be caused by a variety of reasons, inflammatory reaction, atrial remodeling, oxidative stress, micro RNA and calcium ion channel abnormalities associated with atrial fibrillation. The purpose of this study is to explore the correlation between calcification and atrial fibrillation through recent advances in traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
