胃癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,在我国消化道恶性肿瘤中居第二位,早期多数患者无明显表现,发现时多为中晚期,外科手术是主要治疗手段,但化疗在胃癌的治疗过程中也占有重要地位,可延长生存期。中医治疗胃癌有很大的优势,能减轻其不良反应,提高生活质量,延长生存时间。胃癌化疗前证型以肝胃不和、瘀毒内阻、脾虚为主,化疗后证型以气血两虚和脾虚为主,化疗前可见实证及虚证,化疗后以虚证为主,化疗前治疗以扶正驱邪为主,化疗后以扶正为主,所以治疗过程中顾护脾胃十分重要。
