中医医院肿瘤科规范化培训小讲课设置的思考

Reflection on the Standardized Training Courses for the Oncology Department of the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine

小讲课是规范化培训生(规培生)在各专业科室轮转时常用的教学方法和手段。中医医院肿瘤科的临床工作具有"涵盖肿瘤中西医诊疗两套思维模式""内科各方面知识涉及广杂"和"抗肿瘤辨病中药的广泛运用"等特点,因此在针对规培生讲课内容设置上应贴近肿瘤中西医临床实际,讲求"实用性""补漏性""经验性"原则,并结合微信等现代信息途径,拓宽规培生肿瘤及其并发症知识面的广度和深度,提高临床实际能力与技术水平,避免可能的医疗疏忽和差错。

The small lecture is the common teaching method for the standardized trainee in the rotation of various professional departments. The clinical work of department of oncology in the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine has some characteristics as following： ＂ covering thinking modes of Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment of tumor＂, ＂ involving wide knowledge of all aspects of Internal medicine＂ and ＂ using anti-tumor herbal medicines of traditional Chinese medicine according to various tumors＂. Therefore the setting of small lecture for the standardized trainee should be close to the clinical practice, emphasis on the ＂ practicality＂, ＂ complementarities＂ and ＂ experiential＂ principles and combined with We Chat and other modern information methods in order to broaden the breadth and depth of knowledge of the standardized trainee on the tumor and its complications, improve the clinical practice ability and technical level and avoid medical negligence and possible errors.
