摘要
目的比较黄芩药材经各种工艺处理后,黄芩苷保留量的差异。方法按《药典》中含有黄芩的中药制剂成型过程,将黄芩药材经适当方式处理,包括煎煮法、温浸法、水提酸沉法、水提醇沉法、乙醇提取法、乙醇加热回流法、活性炭吸附法,以黄芩苷的转移率为指标,比较各种提取方法之间的差异。结果各处理方法的提取率分别为:水煎煮法为34.75%、温浸法为3.70%、水提酸沉法为8.55%、水提醇沉法为35.45%、乙醇提取法为24.10%、乙醇加热回流法为51.30%、活性炭吸附提取法为0.85%;转移率分别为:水煎煮法为51.98%、温浸法为6.90%、水提酸沉法为50.59%、水提醇沉法为37.66%、乙醇提取法为2.84%、乙醇加热回流法为63.56%、活性炭吸附提取法为4.68%。结论黄芩的这些提取工艺中乙醇加热回流法提取黄芩苷的提取率最高,转移率也最高;水提酸沉法提取黄芩苷的纯度最高。活性炭吸附提取法提取黄芩苷的提取率最低,乙醇提取法提取黄芩苷的纯度最低,转移率也最低。
Objective To compare differences of the retentio n amount of scutellaria baicahnsis gorsi. Methods According to the forming processes of traditional Chinese medicinal preparation containing the baicalin in pharmacopoeia, extracting baicalin materials with different ways, these ways include water decoction method, warm immersion method, water-extracting and acid-depositing, waterextracting and alcohol-depositing, alcohol-extracting, ethanol heating reflux method and activated carbon adsorption extraction, then taking the transfer rate of scutellaria baicahnsis gorsias index, the differences of various extraction ways were compared. Results The extraction yield of water decoction method, warm immersion method, water-extracting and acid-depositing, water-extracting and alcohol-depositing, alcohol-extracting, ethanol heating reflux method and activated carbon adsorption extraction is 34.75%, 3.70%,8.55%, 35.45%, 24.10%, 51.3%; their transfer rate is 51.98%, 6.90%, 50.59%, 37.66%, 2.84%, 63.56%, 4.68%. Conclusion The extraction yield of ethanol heating reflux method is the most highest, it is transfer rate is the most highest, the purity of waterextracting and acid-depositing is the most highest. The extraction yield of activated carbon adsorption extraction is the lowest, the purity of alcohol-extracting is the lowest, and it is transfer rate is the lowest.
