中药炮制方法对其临床疗效影响的研究

Study on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Processing Method on its Clinical Curative Effect

目的研究中药合理炮制对其临床效果的影响。方法选择采用中药治疗的患者72例。随机分2组,对照组使用未经过炮制处理的中药,试验组则采用经合理炮制的中药治疗相关疾病。分析治疗结果。结果试验组临床疗效及不良反应显著优于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论对中药进行合理炮制可以有效地提高中药的临床效果,而且安全性更高。

Objective To study the effect of reasonable preparation of traditional Chinese medicine on its clinical effect. Methods 72 cases of traditional Chinese medicine treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with unprocessed Chinese medicine. The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine, and the results were analyzed. Results The clinical effect and adverse reactions of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group. The difference was significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The reasonable preparation of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine, and the safety is higher.
