中草药浸泡治疗CapeOX化疗相关性手足综合征的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chinese Herbal Medicine Soaking on CapeOX Chemotherapy-associated Hand-Foot Syndrome

目的观察中草药浸泡治疗CapeOX化疗导致手足综合征的疗效。方法选取70例病理诊断结、直肠癌且术后第4周接受CapeOX化疗方案患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各35例。对照组采用常规化疗方法治疗,观察组采用化疗联合中草药浸泡治疗,对比2组的疗效。结果治疗后2组手足综合征发生率为:观察组42.85%(15/35),对照组62.85%(22/35),2组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论应用中草药浸泡防治CapeOX化疗相关性的手足综合征,效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Chin ese herbal medicine soaking in the treatment of hand-foot syndrome caused by Cape OX chemotherapy. Methods 70 cases of hand foot syndrome in hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 35 patients in observation group and 35 patients in the control group. The control group was given conventional chemotherapy treatment, while observation group received chemotherapy combined traditional Chinese medical drug soaking. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Rsults The occurrence rate of HFS in the observation group and the control group was 41/85% and 62.85% respectively, and there was a significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medical drug soaking in the treatment of Cape OX chemotherapy-associated hand foot syndrome can obtain significant effect, and it is worth promoting.
