活血利湿汤治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症40例

Huoxue Lishi Decoction in the Treatment of Arteriosclerosis Obliterans of Lower Extremity for 40 Cases

目的观察活血利湿汤治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的疗效。方法选取80例门诊收治的下肢动脉硬化闭塞症,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,所有患者均给予控制血压、控制血糖、稳定斑块等基础治疗,治疗组服用活血利湿汤,对照组服用桃红四物汤,均连续治疗3周为1疗程,疗程结束后统计效果。结果经治疗,治疗组总有效率92.5%(37/40)明显高于对照组82.5%(33/40)(P<0.05)。结论活血利湿汤治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症有较好疗效,有效改善肢体循环及缺血情况,提高患者生活质量,具有一定推广性。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Hu oxue Lishi decoction on arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremity.Methods 80 cases of arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremity patients were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. All patients were given basic treatment such as blood pressure control, blood sugar control, stable plaque, etc. The treatment group was given Huoxue Lishi decoction. The control group was given Taohong Siwu decoction. Continuous use for 3 weeks was a course of treatment. The therapeutic effect was analyzed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group（ 92.5 %） was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 82.5 %） P〈0.05. Conclusion Huoxue Lishi decoction has a good curative effect on arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremity. It can effectively improve the circulation and ischemia of limbs,and improve the quality of life of patients.
