攻坚散联合乳腺治疗仪治疗乳腺增生症100例

Gongjian Powder Combined with Breast Therapeutic Instrument in the Treatment of Cyclomastopathy for 100 Cases

目的观察中药攻坚散加减配合乳腺病治疗仪理疗治疗乳腺增生症的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2015年2月—2017年2月收治的160例乳腺增生症患者,根据治疗方式的不同分成2组,治疗组给予中药攻坚散加减口服配合乳腺病治疗仪理疗,对照组给予口服逍遥丸及维生素E、维生素B6治疗,观察2组临床疗效和治疗前后血清性激素水平。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组血清雌二醇(E2)、垂体催乳素(PRL)水平下降,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用中药攻坚散加减联合乳腺治疗仪治疗乳腺增生症临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Gongjian powder combined with breast therapeutic instrument in the treatment of cyclomastopathy. Methods Retrospective analysis on 160 cases of cyclomastopathy patients during February 2015 to February 2015 was made. According to the different methods of treatment, they were divided into two groups. The treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine crucial adjustment of oral with mammary gland disease therapeutic apparatus physical therapy, and the control group was given oral Xiaoyao pill and vitamin E, vitamin B6. The clinical curative effect and serum sex hormone levels before and after the treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. After treatment, the serum estradiol（E2） and pituitary prolactin（ PRL） decreased, and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Gongjian powder combined with breast therapeutic instrument in the treatment of cyclomastopathy has significantly curative effect, and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
