中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

Clinical Observation on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探讨补阳还五汤联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法将2016月5月—2017年5月内分泌科接诊的212例糖尿病周围神经病变患者纳入研究对象,按照入院单双号顺序分为试验组和对照组各106例,对2组患者同时进行血糖控制及甲钴胺药物口服的基础上,试验组患者给予补阳还五汤结合治疗,对患者治疗前后的下肢运动神经及感觉神经传导速度(MNCV、SNCV)、肝肾功能、血糖、血脂、电解质、心电图等指标变化情况进行监测,并对2组患者经30 d治疗后的疗效进行评价。结果治疗后,试验组患者的MNCV和SNCV的改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),试验组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤用于糖尿病神经病变患者的临床治疗效果显著,无毒副作用,应普遍推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 212 cases of diabetes in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 in department of endocrinology admissions of peripheral neuropathy were included in the study. According to admission dual order, they were divided into experimental group and control group, with 106 cases in each group. On the basis of blood glucose control and Mecobalamin oral drugs, the patients in the experiment group received Buyang Huanwu decoction. Before and after treatment of lower limb motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity（ MNCV, SNCV）, monitoring of liver and kidney function, blood glucose and blood lipid,electrolytes, electrocardiogram changes were detected, and the curative effect of the two groups after 30 days of treatment was evaluated. Results After treatment, the improvement of MNCV and SNCV in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of diabetic neuropathy is remarkable, which should be popularized.
