摘要
目的观察"嘘"字诀对气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症急性期的镇痛作用。方法纳入82例气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症急性期患者,随机分成对照组和观察组分别41例,比较2组的VAS疼痛评分及临床疗效。结果临床疗效比较,观察组和对照组有效率分别为95.12%(39/41)及80.49%(33/41),观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);VAS疼痛评分比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用"嘘"字诀能更有效地缓解急性期气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症疼痛。
Objective To observe the curative effect of ＂ Xu＂ tactic on the analgesic effect in the acute phase prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc of stagnation of qi and blood stasis. Methods A total of 82 patients with acute phase prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc of stagnation of qi and blood stasis were enrolled and divided into control group and observation group, with 41 cases in each group. VAS pain scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 95.12% and 80.49%, respectively. The VAS pain score in the observation group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of ＂ Xu＂ tactic can effectively alleviate the pain of acute phase prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc of stagnation of qi and blood stasis.
