冬病夏治穴位贴敷及护理干预慢阻肺的临床观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨慢阻肺患者治疗中采取"冬病夏治"穴位敷贴及护理的临床疗效。方法将68例慢阻肺患者随机分为2组(各34例),对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施"冬病夏治"穴位敷贴配合护理干预,对比2组治疗前后的肺功能改善情况及临床疗效。结果治疗后2组各项肺功能指标均有明显改善(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的PCO_2、TCO_2、BE值明显低于对照组,PO_2、THbc值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率94.12%(32/34)明显高于对照组79.41%(27/34)(P<0.05)。结论 "冬病夏治"穴位敷贴配合护理干预治疗慢阻肺能够有效改善患者的肺功能,提高临床疗效。 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of acupoint application of treating winter disease in summer and nursing of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 68 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients were randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each group. The control group used routine nursing. The study group received acupoint application of treating winter disease in summer and nursing. The pulmonary function before and after treatment and the clinical curative effect were compared. Results After treatment, the lung function indexes of the two groups were significantly improved( P〈0.05), and the PCO_2,TCO_2, and BE value in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment, and the value of PO_2 and THbc in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P〈0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 94.12%, which was significantly higher than 79.41% of the control group of(P〈0.05). Conclusion The acupoint application of treating winter disease in summer and nursing of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively improve the lung function and the clinical effect.
