摘要
智能电网的蓬勃发展对配电台区信息集成的要求日益提高,目前IEC 61970、IEC 61968中配电台区的公共信息模型(Common Information Model,CIM)有待完善和充实。根据我国智能配电台区的结构特点和应用要求,扩建了智能配电台区的公共信息模型。重点就配电台区三相不平衡治理和漏电保护故障定位信息建模进行说明,给出了智能配电台区新增设备模型、资产模型及拓扑模型的建模实例。在此基础上,构建了智能配电台区信息集成平台,基于GIS、PMS等系统在一体化平台上实现了漏电定位和三相不平衡度告警的高级应用开发,并在工程中得到实践。
The vigorous development of smart grid demands for information integration of distribution area is increasing day by day. The current common information model(CIM) of distribution area with IEC61970、IEC 61968 needs to improve and enrich. According to the requirements of structure and application of our intelligent distribution area,the expansion of the public information model of the intelligent distribution area. Focusing on the distribution of three-phase unbalance control and leakage protection fault location information modeling,modeling examples of new intelligent distribution network equipment model,asset model and topological model are given. On this basis,the information integration platform of intelligent distribution area is constructed,fault location and the alarm of three-phase unbalance degree of GIS and PMS-based in advanced application development platform,which is applied in engineering practice.
