摘要 分布式发电(DG)设备能够接入电网中增加电网强度,最大限度地减少实际功率损耗,提高总线电压和配送系统的效率。而DG优化分配(The optimal DG,OPDG)用于提供DG的最佳接入位置,在考虑到DG容量和电压限制的前提下以优化电力配电网的运行。采用选择性粒子群优化(Selective Particle Swarm Optimization,SPSO)算法来解决配电网中最优DG布局的问题。目标函数用来解决最佳DG接入位置和配电网中DG机组的大小,以达到有效降低功率损耗,提高电能质量的目的。最大DG穿透水平考虑在总负载的0~50%的范围内。最后,将在IEEE 33和IEEE 69标准节点总线系统上进行测试,测试结果将与最新的优化技术相对比,从而得出所提出的方法更加有效率。 Distributed generation( DG) devices can be strategically placed in power system for grid reinforcement,minimizing real power losses,improving bus voltages and efficiency of distribution system. The optimal DG placement(OPDG) method is used to provide the best locations and sizes of DGs to optimize electrical distribution network operation taking into account DG capacity and voltage constraints. In this paper,an efficient SPSO( selective particle swarm optimization) algorithm is presented to solve the optimal DG placement problem in radial distribution systems.Objective function is formulated for determining the optimal location and sizing of distributed generation( DG) units in the distribution network for active power loss reduction and voltage profile enhancement. Type-I DG is used to solve the problem. Maximum DG penetration level is considered in a range of 0 ~ 50% of total load. The proposed solution methodology has been implemented and tested on IEEE 33 and IEEE 69 standard bus system. Test results are also compared with latest optimization techniques and found that the proposed algorithm is more effective.
