穴位刺激联合胃起搏对胸部肿瘤同步放化疗患者消化道症状群的影响

Effects of acupoints stimulation combined with gastric pacing on gastrointestinal symptom clusters in thoracic cancer patients undergoing chemoradiotherapy

目的探讨穴位刺激联合胃起搏对胸部肿瘤同步放化疗患者消化道症状群的改善效果。方法将120例同步放化疗的胸部肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。两组均接受常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施为期2周的穴位刺激联合胃起搏干预。采用记忆症状评估量表在干预前、干预完成时及干预4周对两组的消化道症状群进行评估。结果干预4周后,两组食欲减退、恶心呕吐、便秘发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);两组症状发生的严重程度及困扰程度得分的交互效应、组间效应、时间效应差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论穴位刺激配合胃起搏能有效改善胸部肿瘤患者放化疗引起的消化道症状群。

Objective To evaluate the effects of acupoints stimulation combined with gastric pacing on gastrointestinal symptom clusters for thoracic cancer patients undergoing chemoradiotherapy.Methods Totally 120 patients with thoracic cancer undergoing concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy were assigned into an intervention group and a control group,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups received routine care,and the intervention group additionally received 2 weeks of acupoints stimulation combined with gastric pacing.The Memorial Symptom Assessment Scale（MSAS）was used to assess gastrointestinal symptoms of the two groups during radiotherapy with concurrent chemotherapy before the intervention（T1）,immediately after the intervention（T2）and 4 weeks after the intervention（T3）.Results There were significant differences in scores of loss of appetite,nausea vomiting,and constipation between the two groups（P〈0.01 for all）;the group by time effect,group effect,and time effect had significant differences between the two groups regarding the severity and distressfulness of the symtoms（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Acupoints stimulation combined with gastric pacing can effectively relieve gastrointestinal symptom clusters for thoracic cancer patients.
