摘要
目的调查了解新上岗护士涉医传媒信息与职业认同感现状,分析涉医传媒信息对新上岗护士职业认同感的影响。方法采用涉医传媒信息基本属性变量测量问卷与职业认同感量表对济宁市2所三级甲等综合医院118名新上岗护士进行调查。结果新上岗护士涉医传媒信息总分70.20±5.80,各维度得分中涉医传媒信息传播媒介分最高3.99±0.68,涉医传媒信息传播渠道最低3.05±0.46;新上岗护士的职业认同感得分为32.66±6.34。回归分析显示,学历、涉医传媒传播渠道、传播媒介与信息发布者是新上岗护士职业认同感的影响因素(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论新上岗护士职业认同感不高,拓展与引导新上岗护士对涉医传媒信息的关注,采用评判性思维关注涉医传媒信息传播媒介、传播渠道和涉医传媒信息的发布者,将有价值的涉医信息内容融入新上岗护士自身的价值体系中,是提升其职业认同感的关键。
Objective To investigate the status of health-related information in the media comprehended by new nurses and their professional identification,and to determine the impact of health-related information in the media on professional identification of new nurse.Methods Totally 118 new nurses from 2 hospitals of Jining were investigated using Basic Properties of Health-Related Information in the Media Questionnaire and Professional Identification Scale.Results The total scores of basic properties of health-related information in the media averaged 70.20±5.80,with the dimension of the types of media scoring the highest,averaging(3.99±0.68),and the dimension of communication channels scoring the lowest,at(3.05±0.46).The total score of professional identification in new nurses was(32.66±6.34).Regression analysis showed that educational levels,the types of media,communication channels,information promulgators could predict professional identification of new nurses(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclusion New nurses′s professional identification is less satisfactory.They should be guided to extend their concerns for health-related information in the media,keep a critical eye on information media,communication channels,and information promulgators.Then they could integrate valuable health-related medical information into their own value system,which is the key to improve professional identification.
