基于界面管理理论的护理不良事件预控管理系统构建

Utilizing interface management theory to build pre-control management system of nursing adverse events

目的运用界面管理理论构建护理不良事件预控管理系统,优化不良事件的管理模式,保障患者安全。方法与信息科合作,设计基于界面管理理论的护理不良事件预控管理系统,通过主动监测预防、上报整改、分析反馈跟踪3个界面,收集分析护理不良事件相关信息。结果护理不良事件上报同比增长33.05%,上报率由0.49%上升至0.68%,不良事件环节稽查得分较应用前显著提高(P<0.01)。结论基于界面管理理论的护理不良事件预控管理系统,能实现前馈控制及全过程闭环管理,有利于把控不良事件的关键环节,实现可追溯,促进护理质量的持续改进。

Objective To build a pre-control management system of nursing adverse events based on interface management theory,to optimize management model of nursing adverse events,and to guarantee patient safety.Methods Working with staffers from the information section,we designed a pre-control management system of nursing adverse events based on interface management theory with three interfaces of active monitoring and prevention,report and rectification,and analysis,feedback tracking.Through the three interfaces we could collect full information about nursing adverse events.Results The reporting rate of nursing adverse events has been increased by 33.05%over levels of a year ago,the rate of reporting rose from 0.49%to 0.68%.The adverse events inspection score was significantly improved than before（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The pre-control management system is beneficial to realize feed-forward control and whole process closed loop management,and control the key links of adverse events.It makes nursing adverse events traceable and promote continuous improvement of nursing quality.
