摘要
目的探讨角色扮演法用于本科护生情商教育的效果。方法将本科实习护生40人按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各20人。对照组按实习大纲进行常规临床教学;观察组此基础上,应用角色扮演法对5个情商领域进行10节课的情商教育。结果干预后,两组情绪智力总分,情绪知觉、评估和表达能力,情绪对思维的促进能力,情绪的理解和分析能力维度得分,以及共情能力总分、观点采择、换位思考维度得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论应用角色扮演法进行情商教育,可有效提高本科护生的情绪智力水平和共情能力。
Objective To investigate the impact of role playing method on emotional quotient(EQ)of undergraduate nursing students.Methods Totally,40 undergraduate nursing students were enrolled and randomly dichotomized into 2 groups.The control group received traditional clinical teaching,while the observation group additionally joined an EQ education program totaling 10 sessions during which role playing method was used.Results After the intervention,the total score of Chinese version of Emotional Intelligence Scale(EIS),and dimension scores of emotional perception,assessment and expression ability,promoting effect of emotion on thinking,the ability to understand and analyze emotions,as well as the total score of Chinses version of Jefferson Scale of Empathy-Health Professionals(JSE-HP),and dimension scores of perspective taking,and empathic concern had significant differences between the 2 groups(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclusion EQ education program using role playing method could improve emotional intelligence and empathy level of undergraduate nursing students.
