The Research on the Industry Chain Financing and Settlement Management of Cross-border E-commerce in China

本文总结了中国目前跨境电子商务产业链金融服务的主要特征和业务类型,在此基础上分析了当前我国跨境电子商务产业链融资及结算管理存在的主要问题,提出构建符合跨境电子商务及其金融服务发展要求的外汇管理框架。

The paper summarizes the main characteristics and business types of financial services of current cross-border e-commerce industry chain in China, and on the basis, analyzes main problems in financing and settlement management of cross-border e-commerce industry chain in China. Finally, the paper puts forward constructing foreign exchange administration framework which conforms to the demand of the development of cross-border e-commerce and its financial services.
