高校辅导员谈心谈话工作制度建设——以安庆师范大学为例

The Construction of Heart-to-Heart Talking System among College Counselors and Students——Taking Anqing Normal University as an Example

谈心谈话作为高校辅导员必须具备的一项技能,是辅导员了解学生的思想动态、交流沟通情感、处理学生问题和对学生进行针对性教育的主要手段和途径。辅导员只有将谈话进行到谈"心"的程度,才能真正成为学生的良师益友。通过分析当前高校辅导员谈心谈话工作存在的问题,结合安庆师范大学文学院的实践工作经验,就高校辅导员与学生谈心谈话工作制度的制定和注意事项进行详细的阐述。

As a necessary skill for college counselors, heart-to-heart talk is the main means for counselors to understand stu- dents＇ thoughts, communicate emotions, deal with students＇ problems, and to conduct targeted education for students. Only when a counselor talks about the ＂heart＂ can he become a mentor. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the conversation work of college counselors and the practical work experience of Anqing normal university, this paper elaborates on the development and at- tentions of college counselors and students.
