摘要
从马克思主义人的存在方式看来,历史的存在和文化的存在是人真实的存在方式。教学、科研、社会服务与文化传承和创新的高校功能规定高校青年教师在成长过程中必须以适当的历史存在方式与文化存在方式履行知识创新与文化传承的大学使命。主流价值取向深刻体现马克思主义历史观与文化观,坚持以主流价值取向引导,通过目标引领、价值内化、平台促建,从而更有效地促进高校青年教师成长。
In the opinion of Marxism, the existence of history and culture is the real existence way of human beings. The func- tions of University that are teaching, scientific research, social service and cultural inheritance and innovation require young teachers in Colleges and universities must fulfill their mission of knowledge innovation and cultural inheritance in the way of appropriate his- torical existence and cultural existence.The mainstream value orientation profoundly embodies Marx's conception of history and culture.Insisting on guiding by mainstream value orientation, by means of objective guidance,value internalization and platform construction can promote the growth of young teachers in Colleges and universities effectively.
