The func- tions of University that are teaching, scientific research, social service and cultural inheritance and innovation require young teachers in Colleges and universities must fulfill their mission of knowledge innovation and cultural inheritance in the way of appropriate his- torical existence and cultural existence.The mainstream value orientation profoundly embodies Marx＇s conception of history and culture.Insisting on guiding by mainstream value orientation, by means of objective guidance,value internalization and platform construction can promote the growth of young teachers in Colleges and universities effectively.
