高校教学管理中精细化模式的运用

近几年,随着我国经济水平的不断提高,高等院校的管理模式也在不断面临着新的改革挑战。因此精细化管理模式正逐渐在高校中取代传统的常规管理模式并不断发挥出较大的价值,使院校中的管理资源得到了前所未有的开发,管理成本也在不断下降,这对于高等院校的长远发展相当关键,十分有益。相关专家表明,精细化管理模式是一种将管理理念与管理技术相结合的新型技术,它在新时代信息技术的基础上对教学管理的可持续提高相当关键。从高等院校的发展现状出发,对高校发展中的人才管理质量进行分析,进而为管理队伍执行力的提升奠定坚实的基础应该是一项具有普遍现实意义的工作。本文从目前高等院校精细化管理中存在的问题入手,对精细化管理模式的路径进行全面分析,探讨高校精细化管理过程中要注意的相关事宜,希望为相关单位提供一个有价值的参考。

In recent years, with the continuous improvement of China＇s economic level, the management mode in Colleges and universities is facing the challenge of reform. Therefore, the fine management model began to replace the conventional mode in tra- ditional university and continue to play a greater value, making the college management resources have been hitherto unknown de- velopment, management costs continue to decline, the long-term development for colleges and universities is the key. Relevant ex- perts show that fine management mode is a new technology combining management concept and management technology, which is critical to the sustainable improvement of teaching management on the basis of information technology in the new era. Therefore, from the current situation of the development of colleges and universities, the analysis of the quality of talent management in Colleg- es and universities, and then lay a solid foundation for the promotion of the executive force of management team, should be a work of universal practical significance. This paper starts with the problems in the fine management of colleges and universities, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the path of fine management mode, hoping to provide a valuable reference for the relevant units.
